The fried tofu was tender inside and there were eight good-sized pieces of Salt Toasted Pork Rib meat. The spiciness could be kicked up on the "spicy" dishes we had. I would order the Salt Toasted Shrimp with shell on again, as it had NINE big shrimp! The Squid with Bitter Melon wasn't my favorite, but the friend who ordered it enjoyed it.
